1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using VeroBank (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we publish. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service.

2. The Service

VeroBank provides digital banking features including deposits, withdrawals, transfers between VeroBank accounts, and account management. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts & Account ID

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and the security of your device. On registration you are issued a unique Account ID used to receive funds. You must not share your password, and you must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transfers

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and manual review and may be declined, delayed or reversed. Transfers between VeroBank accounts are initiated by you at your own risk — always confirm the recipient's Account ID before sending. Funds sent to an incorrect Account ID may not be recoverable.

5. Fees

Applicable fees, if any, will be shown before you complete a transaction. We may change fees on advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity that may harm other users or VeroBank. We may freeze, block or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

7. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEROBANK AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN DOLLARS ($10).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VeroBank and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, freeze or terminate your account, withhold funds, or reverse transactions if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required by law or a court order. You may close your account at any time subject to outstanding transactions.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VeroBank is organized. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, to the exclusion of other venues. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
